What this website stores about you
Summary: The only information this website retains about you is what you voluntarily submit via the contact form. There are no third-party tracking cookies, no user profiling, and your IP address is never stored in an identifiable form.
What is collected
When submitting the contact form, we store your name, email, optional subject, and the message content. Nothing else. The legal basis is your explicit consent upon submission, used exclusively to respond to your communication.
To prevent abuse and automated spam, source IP addresses are hashed in memory for short-lived rate-limiting counters and discarded immediately. Raw IP addresses are never persisted.
Retention period
Submitted contact messages are retained for a maximum of 24 months for professional record-keeping and auditability, after which they are permanently expunged.
You may request deletion of your submitted messages at any time via direct email.
Your rights
Under LGPD and GDPR, you have the right to request confirmation of data processing, access your submitted data, request correction of incomplete data, or demand permanent erasure of your contact records at any time.
